Client: Setia and Tradewinds Developments

Brief: Design options for a high rise luxury residential development on the promienent St Kilda Road, Melbourne, Australia. The concept is derived from falling leaves as a tribute to the natural surroundings with a feature pool on the ground floor, allocated F&B spaces and a feature lobby waiting area. The proposal boasts a 89% efficiency in net lettable area yet includes 5 star amenities of an indoor pool, gymnasium, public rooftop terrace and convention space.
