Client: Setia and Tradewinds Developments
Brief: A mixed use development proposal on a prominent site in Bangsar, Malaysia; creating lifestyle spaces to live, work and play. Masterplanning of 1500 apartments divided into 3 complexes, each with communal residential gardens, generous lobbies and amenities; a high rise commercial iconic tower to showcase the site’s identity; 8 separate commecial buildings; a high street mall and elevated gardens that offer an integrated retail and dining experience.
