Sausage Sizzle

After having recently moved to Australia, I became fascinated by the Australian culture; in particular the famous sausage sizzle. First encountering it at Bunning hardware stores, it soon became apparent that it was part of everyday Aussie life; birthday parties, fundraising campaigns, company get-togethers but most importantly during polling day! The joy of donating a dollar coin to have well-done sausage, burnt onions served in a square bread was captivating.
